Who processes your data?
M.B.H (Mobil’boat HUB), SAS, Saverne Trade and Companies Register 988 380 119, 29 rue de Steinbourg, 67700 Monswiller, is the controller for enquiries submitted through this website.
Why do we ask for this information?
Your contact details, requested services, boat specifications and preferred dates allow us to assess your project, contact you, prepare a quotation and follow up on discussions. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then on performance of the contract if you place an order.
Invoicing and accounting retention are based on M.B.H’s legal obligations. Security management and the defence of its rights are based on its legitimate interests, limited to the information needed.
Required fields are marked. Without essential information, we cannot process your enquiry. Do not send identity documents or bank details through the form. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who can access it?
Authorised staff manage your enquiry as a ticket in Odoo. A summary and status changes are sent to both follow-up mailboxes: contact@mobil-boat.fr and contact@mobilboathub.fr. The ticket link requires authentication; internal records are not intended to be public.
Introducing you to a professional or organising a lift may require sharing only the relevant information with that professional. Recipients and the scope of sharing must be discussed with you during assessment.
Retention periods
- Enquiries without an order: 12 months after closure, then deletion or anonymisation, unless a dispute justifies limited retention.
- Customer files: for the duration of the contractual relationship, followed by restricted archiving of only the records needed for legal obligations and the defence of rights, for the applicable periods.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year.
M.B.H follows up enquiries in Odoo and the designated mailboxes. These periods concern records used for day-to-day management; documents retained for a legal obligation or dispute have restricted access.
Hosting and service providers
The website and tickets use Odoo Online. Email uses Google Workspace. These technical providers process the data needed to deliver their services. Contact us for further information about hosting, their subprocessors and safeguards applicable to any transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in applicable regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can write to contact@mobilboathub.fr or to M.B.H, 29 rue de Steinbourg, 67700 Monswiller. Proof of identity will only be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, you will be informed. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
